Virtual  Studio Integration

Rental shed information

When shooting in the studio, please avoid green, white and bright colors.

If you find any damaged items when you enter the shed, please inform the staff on site in time to protect your rights.

If you generate garbage or waste, you should sort and place it by the garbage cans in the public area outside the shed.

If you need to eat or drink, you can go to the public area outside the shed to keep the shed and the equipment clean and tidy.

The furniture, furnishings and props in the studio can be used and moved free of charge, but they need to be returned to their original position after use.

If you have shiny objects (such as watches, bracelets, rings and other jewelry) be sure to let the shiny objects darken or take them off temporarily so that they do not have the green screen reflection.

If during the rental period, the set (e.g., walls, floors), objects (e.g., furniture, accessories, props), and equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting) are dirty/damaged, claims will be assessed.

Please do not move the original photography equipment in the studio by yourself, if you need to move, please inform the staff on site to assist. If the studio's photographic equipment is damaged due to unauthorized movement, claims will be assessed. (Photographic equipment will be quoted as the replacement fee)

When transporting large items, please lift the goods to avoid scratching the equipment and floor to maintain a good photography environment. If the equipment/environment of the studio is scratched or damaged, we will have to compensate for the related costs. (Based on the estimate of the restoration vendor with the studio)
